Hi, I'm Jennifer...

A year after my husband and twin daughter died tragically in a car crash, I was diagnosed with PTS(D). 

It took me almost 6 years before I found the courage to share my story. Since that time, I have worked hard to grow in the midst of adversity. It's an honor to have now shared my story across our nation.

Learning how to navigate what felt like a life sentence has been one of the hardest things I have done personally and professionally. 

As your Coach and Guide, you can expect me to empower and teach you my time-tested strategies that I have been teaching for over 11 years and using personally to grow despite this adversity. 

18 years ago, I had 80% of the symptoms of PTSD (nightmares, flashbacks, throwing up in public...), and today, I successfully manage 20% of those symptoms.

Hi, I'm Amanda

As hard as it is to admit, I was one of those moms who thought that losing a child would never happen to me.  

As a young 22-year-old, I spent several years helping others as an EMT. I'll never forget going on a call where a young mom lost her infant and thinking to myself, "I can't imagine surviving that."

Eight years later, my worst nightmare came true when my twin daughter Sadie died.

I remember feeling unprepared, and I questioned whether or not things would ever be ok again. My husband was such a pillar of strength, but I felt extremely isolated from other moms.

Since then, I've now met many other courageous mothers who have lost a child, but I've only met one who has also lost a twin daughter. Both of our daughters were born prematurely.

Over a year ago, I met Jennifer Tracy. We share a common bond and have mutually supported each other. I'm honored to partner with her to bring you "Moms On a Mission."

Our passion is to bring hope, a sense of community, and resources to help you as you navigate your unique journey.

Our shared pain allows us to empathize with and guide other moms who have found themselves in this dark valley.
